He began to produce coffee seedlings, testing some varieties to improve the quality and by maintaining this activity he is today a great nurseryman. He has done several courses in the sorting and degassing area at SENAR , at the Ministry of Agriculture and is in the final phase of Q-Grader. He is a renowned “Sensorial Judge of Quality in the competitions of Minas Gerais”. He participates as a producer of the “Boa Vista Specialty Coffee Group” and is happy to share his knowledge whenever he has the opportunity. Vicente believes and struggles to produce, research, taste and classify even more specialty coffees.
